I'm using C# winform in Visual Studio 2015
My project folder is in wdmycloud on my local network. When I try to execute the project, I get an error like this:
The operation could not be completed.This process cannot access the file because the file is being used by another process.
However, there is no other pc on the network, and there is no file in a busy file. How can I solve this? After a few tries, my project opens.

If you have a project on your machine's local disk, do you have the same problem?
I believe that MS doesn't support projects on network storage (for situations such as you have) though I can't immediately find information to support that view.
No, the problem only occurs when I run the project in the shared folder
