standard policy not supported for trusted azure vms

I have disabled the Trusted Launch VM but I still cant select the standard backup.

It gives me the "standard policy not supported for trusted azure vms" when i go to the backup center and try to add my VM to that backup valut.

    Hi,

    In the portal, please navigate to your VM, Overview blade and on right side scroll down and verify that it says Security type Standard, as shown in screenshot below:

    It is possible that even though you selected Standard when creating the VM it switched it back to Trusted launch without you noticing. When creating a VM, on the Review + Create tab double-check that it says Security type Standard before clicking Create button.
