Just backup some specific files from my win 2012 server stored in NAS share folder but cannot seem to recover it using also Remote Shared Folder setting. "The Backup location specified does not contain any backup ". Tried to change permission to full control from parent folder to sub, still doesn't work. Any idea why this happen?

    Hello

Thank you for your question and reaching out.

I believe you need to share the folder above the WindowsImageBackup in order for it to work properly. You can either move the WindowsImageBackup folder or share the 'ServerName' folder so the path should be:

    \Share-PCNAME\SERVERNAME\WindowsImageBackup

You'll need to actually right click on the SERVERNAME folder and click Share.
