Maxwell2d solver, process solver2d "exited with code - 1073741819"

Good day

I am experiencing this error code when trying to analyze my design within ansys electronic desktop and cant seem to find a solution. The file simulates on the lab computer but on my pc's it gives this error.

any help is appreciated.
