How to transfer Microsoft Authenticator to another mobile phone?

Hi, I have Microsoft Authenticator and I have a connected MPN (Microsoft partner center) but now I bought a new mobile phone and I should somehow transfer it to a new mobile phone for office 365 is an elegant solution, I access the account and log in and do MFA but how to transfer MPN I tried to do Safe copy in cover, turn on the setting on the old mobile phone, but it does not pick up the Authenticator data. I would like to ask for help or advice because Google has a simple solution to export and drive on, but Microsoft complicates it?

    Hello, can anyone help or give an idea how to solve the problem of transferring data to a new mobile phone? Because right now everything I've tried has failed?

    I followed your instructions but it still doesn't work switched accounts but it says You need to do something. Scan the QR code provided by your company or institution to complete the recovery of that account. I don't have any QR codes to scan in order to be able to solve the problem so that it also functions as it did on the old mobile phone?
