How to transfer Microsoft Authenticator to another mobile phone?

Hi, I have Microsoft Authenticator and I have a connected MPN (Microsoft partner center) but now I bought a new mobile phone and I should somehow transfer it to a new mobile phone for office 365 is an elegant solution, I access the account and log in and do MFA but how to transfer MPN I tried to do Safe copy in cover, turn on the setting on the old mobile phone, but it does not pick up the Authenticator data. I would like to ask for help or advice because Google has a simple solution to export and drive on, but Microsoft complicates it?
