Will Microsoft Office 365 Automatically update my contacts and saved emails from my current Microsoft Office 2003 during the install process?

What is the souce mail servers? If it was an IMAP source similar to gmail then the mail cached on server will come down when you connect. As to contacts to be on the safe side you could File\Export to file, then import them again if needed.
