Our customer uses "Autologon SysInternals" app to enable autologon with saved password for some the devices. Once we enroll such device in Intune, "Autologon SysInternals" app fails its purpose and autogon with save password in not working. We raised request with MS support and but they also failed to find the cause behind this issue. MS engineer only suggested to raise query on this forum to further help because there is not any dedicatd support team for this application.

However, we removed all Intune configuration profiles from these devices but even thtough EAS (Exchange Active Sync) and Device lock registries are getting created on them after enrollment. We don't get any trace that from where these policies are comming. Thes registries might cause of issue.

Please suggest if someone faced simillar issue and found any resolution

I know this is an old post but in case anyone else finds it while trying to figure this out here is a page that explains it in detail. Basically it is password policy in your windows configuration policy that is turning on EAS.
