First of all, make sure that the Authenticator app is updated and that you are using the latest version
There are several ways to resolve this issue.
- You can enter the security code manually.
- Open your authenticator app and copy the security code for your account
- Click enter the security code link and enter the security code from step (a)
- If there is no success go to step 2
- Ask your administrator to remove the linked MFA app from your account and re-configure your MFA again
