Microsoft authenticator Request Denied

Hi Everyone
My Authenticator blocks the request in the app before it reaches the requested cell phone, this occurs because I accidentally clicked on I don't recognize(no, it is not me) this request in the APP

After that it stopped sending notifications and I received denied before reaching the app with the error below

Microsoft authenticator Error Code: 500121

    First of all, make sure that the Authenticator app is updated and that you are using the latest version

    There are several ways to resolve this issue.

    1. You can enter the security code manually.
      1. Open your authenticator app and copy the security code for your account
      2. Click enter the security code link and enter the security code from step (a)
      3. If there is no success go to step 2
    2. Ask your administrator to remove the linked MFA app from your account and re-configure your MFA again
