How to fix Azure pass for traning

I misunderstood the use of Azure Pass that will not allow me to renew it in the same Azure subscription that I used before, causing me to not be able to receive Azure credit for teaching my users again.

Currently, I have a need for making demos and teaching users, so I would like to ask for advice to solve this problem. Error message:1695915598102

Only Active MCTs are allowed to get the Azure Pass vouchers.
