    In order to better study this issue, please provide the following information:

    What is your account type (POP/IMAP/Exchange)?

    What is Outlook desktop client version? Please make sure to update to the latest version.

    To set forwarding rules in the Outlook desktop client, please follow these steps:

    Select the Rule > create a rule (basic rule) > advanced options (as shown in the following figure as needed)

    YES, IT WORKED UNTILOFFICE 365 WAS APPLIED TO OUR SYSTEM.

    Do you mean forwarding rules don't work?

    Try following the steps below to clean up the rule and then recreate the rule to check for discrepancies.

    1. Open the Run box by pressing Windows + R.
    2. Type the following in the box and press Enter: Outlook.exe /cleanrules User's image
