Unable to create SQL DB using free offer

I'm unable to use the free offer for Azure SQL DB and getting below error during deployment. I've tried in different regions, anyone else facing this issue? please suggest

Hi, do you already have one existing? There is a limit of one Free database per subscription. Refer 'Prerequisites'.

If you click COnflict (error details), on the failed deployment what do you see?

I am just attempting to replicate the issue here.

Hi, it looks like you are attempting to deploy to an Asia region.

This is currently not supported, at this time:

This offer is rolling out by region, with new regions added every week. The following regions are currently supported: East US, West Central US, UK South.
