How to automate the export of Status in a Scheduler Task List to a "Whiteboard" or Calendar

I need to automatically export the Publish Date in a Status column of a Scheduler List in Teams/Sharepoint. Is there a way to do that? I have a number of options in the Status column (eg... Published, Publish Date, Assigned, Awaiting Approval, etc...) but I'd like to have the Publish Date (along with the person's name assigned to the task) automatically exported to a calendar or Whiteboard when that Status is changed to Publish Date. Anyone know the best approach to doing this? Thank you in advance.
