Azure Virtual machines disappear

Hey Guys,

Just log in azure account but virtual machines, nsg, drives, group disappeared; tried logging it on other computer the same issue.

when I go to a direct link to the virtual machine I have bookmarked; I get this

all the virtual machines have disappeared but the servers still active and can be SSH and viewed online but my problem now is I cannot directly access the virtual machines; I need to upgrade the disk of one of the server and turn on another server. Is there a way to retrieve those virtual machines?

• I am the only one in the account no other users. I there any update from azure that I might not be aware of because last week I was still able to access the virtual machines.

Welcome to the MS Q&A forum.

From the error message above, it seems you don't have access to the resource in question.

Would it happen what you signed in to the wrong directory or used the wrong account?

Can you check if you can switch by following those steps to access VM?
