I'm trying to make an account that I need for a website, I misread the organization email I was supposed to make : @autuni.ac.nz instead I wrote @autuni.co.nz now the email does not exist except it still asks me for a code that's being sent to the one I am currently creating.

How can I get this issue fixed I tried calling Microsoft support but it just said all the questions are online now, so I hope this is the correct place to ask this question. Would I be able to contact someone that can help me gain access to the account, it is not someone else's as it's brand new so if I could get a hand accessing the account I would appreciate that very much. Or someone to point me in the right direction.

    Hi @Jack

In order to better study this issue, please provide more details:

What type of account did you create (Organizational/Personal Account)?

Did you enter the wrong email when you created your account?

If your account has not been created successfully, you can create a new one.

If your account has been created but can't be verified, you may need to send a verification code correctly to manage your security info. On your Advanced security options page, you can review existing sign-in methods or add a new way to sign in or verify.
