I am trying to sign up for a FREE Azure account but it says I'm not eligible. I have signed up for an account in the past but not sure what the username and password are for that account.

The current username I am using is cheeks.malcolm@outlook.com but the previous one, I'm not sure. I am using this in order to learn about Azure and I don't want to be charged for studying.

    Hi Eric Malcolm:

    Make sure the account you are trying to signup has not been used previously. The simplest way is to use a different email address because the email and credit card has to be fresh and not used anytime before.
