This is my first time using the Azure cloud platform, and I used a pay-as-you go subscription. I have only used this for 2 to 3 days later. I forgot to cancel it. Now I am charged 200 pounds, which is impossible for me to pay now.
I am just a University graduate, trying to pay the monthly bill by doing part-time job. This 200 pounds is enormous to me, which will put me in trouble. Please help me out and try to help me with this bill. I don't want to use any further services from Azure. Kindly, please help me out.

    Hi @Jishnu Uthamanthil Kizhakeveedu

Please follow the instructions based on your offer type and download your azure usage report to review your azure services consumption.

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/understand/download-azure-daily-usage

Based on that, I would suggest you to create a support request in case if you need further assistance.

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-portal/supportability/how-to-create-azure-support-request#go-to-help--support-from-the-global-header

The ticket enables you to work closely with the support engineers and get a resolution to your billing issue.

    Thank you!

Hi @Jishnu Uthamanthil Kizhakeveedu - Apologize for the inconvience caused.

Unfortuantely, this issue cannot be resolved on the public forum as this need details like your subscription ID and invoice which generated.

I recommend you to create a billing support ticket which is free of cost. The ticket enables you to work closely with the support engineers and get a quick resolution to your issue.

Steps to create support case: How to create a support ticket for Azure billing and subscription issues

If you have questions or need help, create a support request and choose Issue type as “Billing” OR Call to “Global Customer Service phone numbers”.

As you metioned you have deleted your subscription, you can reactive the subscription inorder to open a billing support ticket to get assistance on your billing and get refund after talking/chating with the billing team.

If you're the Account Administrator or subscription Owner and you canceled a subscription, you can reactivate it in the Azure portal.

If you're a billing administrator (partner billing administrator or Enterprise Administrator), you may not have the required permission to reactive the subscription. If this situation applies to you, contact the Account Administrator, or subscription Owner and ask them to reactivate the subscription.

    1. Sign in to the Azure portal.
    2. Go to Subscriptions and then select the canceled subscription.
    3. Select Reactivate.
      Screenshot that shows Confirm reactivation.

For other subscription types, contact support to have your subscription reactivated.

For more details, refer to Reactivate a disabled Azure subscription

    OR

Chat with sales from here: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-in/free

If you find yourself facing a challenging situation with an unexpected Azure bill , Like SSGC Bill you can take the following steps: Review your usage details on the Azure portal, contact Azure customer support immediately, and explain your financial constraints as a student. Inquire about the possibility of a refund, payment plan, or any available financial assistance programs. Familiarize yourself with Azure's billing policies and consider setting up a payment plan if a refund is not feasible. Ensure you monitor future usage carefully to avoid similar situations. Effective communication with Azure support is crucial, and they may provide solutions or guidance based on your circumstances.
