Hello,

I'm attempting to establish a connection between Azure Analysis Services and Power BI in Direct Query Mode. However, I'm encountering a challenge where the storage mode in the model is fixed as default, and I'm unable to switch it to dual storage mode. Can anyone offer a solution for this issue?

Thanks,
Hamna K S

In Model view, select the table whose properties you want to view or set. In the Properties pane, expand the Advanced section, and expand the Storage mode drop-down.

Changing the Storage mode of a table to Import is an irreversible operation. After this property is set, it can't later be changed to either DirectQuery or Dual.
