Windows 10 touch keyboard is small and mushy, can't adjust, search doesn't work

But the difference is that not only is my keyboard not adjustable, but it's very mushy, so mushy that I can't read the words, and the touch screen is 4k enabled, but due to the host computer's wonky performance, it's only on 1080p, scaled to 100%. And search doesn't work, neither does Cortana, it doesn't respond when pressed.

    You can resize the keyboard by clicking and dragging the bottom right corner of the keyboard window.

    Click the keyboard button on the taskbar, then click the Show Touch Keyboard button. Click the Keyboard Layout button, then select the layout you want to use.

    You may try Microsoft SwiftKey.
