Can't Open Custom Model Project

I am trying to open a custom model project by clicking the project name.

    Hello @GarlandDuvall

    Thanks for reaching out to us, are you available in a restricted network area? If not, it may be caused by you might have upgraded the API version of this project and is unable to see a model created with a previous one. It works through this button "Upgrade" in the Studio UI when you select the project you want to open:
