I'm not able to get any response for my complaint that I have raised for Azure 900 Exam.

I have fill up for Microsoft Azure Power BI Data Analyst Exam but on the day of exam there was some error on Pearson Vue URL and it was showing troubleshooting problem with the video, I have registered a complaint with Pearson Vue on the same day but still there is no response from there end.
I have contacted their customer support multiple times through call and emails but still they have not taken any action on my complaint and it's more than 2 months now, It seems like all my money for examination fees is just wasted.
Is there anyone from Microsoft who can help me in this issue/matter ?
