Outlook's email rules are not working. I have set email rules to have playback sounds, but since I updated to the new version, the sound rules have disappeared.

Does this issue occur when you switch to New Outlook for windows?
And what's your rule? If possible, please provide a screenshot of the rule for our better research. (In order to avoid privacy leakage, please remember to hide your personal information.)

Hi Christy，Many users in our department have reported that in New Outlook, it seems that sound rules cannot be set in the rules. We have all decided to switch to the classic version.
