The machine-default permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID

I keep getting this error multiple times with different codes like {6B3B8D23-FA8D-40B9-8DBD-B950333E2C52} or {6B3B8D23-FA8D-40B9-8DBD-B950333E2C52}

I tried doing many fixes like taking control of administrative groups and it doesn't work.

I also tried checking "Local Launch" and "Local Activation" in the computer properties via comexp.msc.

    Hello

    I understand that you’re having trouble with CLSID errors causing your PC to freeze and restart. Here are a few suggestions that might help:

    Component Services: Open Component Services by typing “comexp.msc” in the Run dialog box or the Start menu search bar. In the Component Services window, expand the “Computers” folder, then right-click on “My Computer” and select “Properties”. In the “My Computer Properties” window, select the “COM Security” tab, then click on the “Edit Limits” button under “Launch and Activation Permissions”. In the “Launch and Activation Permissions” window, make sure that the “Everyone” group has the “Local Launch” and “Local Activation” permissions checked. Click “OK” to save the changes and close the windows.

    System Restore or Reinstall Windows: If the above steps do not resolve the issue, you may need to perform a system restore or reinstall Windows.

    Safe Mode: Start PC in Safe Mode. If the issue doesn’t persist in the Safe Mode it means the issue might be caused by a non-Microsoft driver.

    Event Viewer: Press Windows + X from the keyboard, select Event Viewer. Expand Windows Logs from the left pane and select System. Click Filter Current Log from extreme right pane. Then in the new windows check the box beside Error and click OK.
