Sealed Microsoft Office 2021 with DVD

I have read on other forums, that the Microsoft Office 2021 cannot legitment, becuase it is only provided by companys and schools.

I am courious how people are able to get a sealed box with a DVD that appears to be a retail version.

I have see photos of these boxes, that are for sale on the internet and they sure look real.

Where do these boxes of office 2021 come from and how can they not be real if they are in a seal box that would be nearly impossible to create unless you were microsoft?
