How do I sign into my corporate Teamviewer support account, when I get an SSO sign in error message?
The problem is that I am required to do an SSO, Single Sign On for my 'corporation ID to tenant company' account so that I can assist the tenant company (or client company) users, using Teamviewer (also called Teamviewer Tensor in my MS apps portal pages).
Despite this being a requirement for me, I always get the SSO sign in error "The Teamviewer License assigned to your account does not support Single Sign In".
So, I've no remote ability to assist client company users. My relevant Teamviewer account for this exists, but I am totally blocked at the SSO Teamviewer sign in for this, so to actually run the Teamviewer app from that account as needed, this is impossible right from the start, I can't log in.
