OTA Update Using Mender

Hi Team,

For some requirements, I using Mender for the OTA update for the below updates:

1. Operating system:

For this scenario, we are trying to update from the Ubuntu-20 live server to the 22 version of Ubuntu using Mender.

1. Leaf Device Firmware Update:

For this scenario, also we have some leaf device that works on BLE so we need to update the BLE firmware.

For the second scenario, we need information to understand whether we will be able to make the handshake between the mender-client and DFU update module with the device present on the Azure IoT Hub.

I wanted to check if you have looked into this article published by Mender which talks about Device Update for Azure IoT devices. The article states that there is an integration between Azure IoT Hub and Mender which allows for IoT device identity credentials to be shared between Mender and IoT Hub which is accomplished using a custom allocation policy. As a result of this Azure-Mender integration, operators can monitor IoT device states and analytics through their product built with Azure IoT Hub, and then assign and deploy over the air updates to those devices using Mender because they share device identities.
