how to fix this "You're not eligible for an Azure free account".

how to solve this problem:

when I sign up with my Edu/student account . it gives me this "You're not eligible for an Azure free account

    Hello,

    It is possible that your University is not recognized as a institute by Azure or that you have signed up before for a free account.
