Hey Everyone, I HAVE A Toshiba Satellite C875-7403 Laptop running Windows 8.1. I recently got rid of Xfinity Internet because the price was way too high, So I opted for Tmobile Internet, WORKS GREAT for everything, except my C875 CANT FIND THE NETWORK, nevermind connect to it. I've tried creating a stand alone 2.4ghz on my gateway to isolate the 2.4 but for some reason that's not showing up either I've read enough posts here that I'm crosseyed and I still cannot get this problem solved... CAN SOMEONE ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME. The wireless network adapted is a Realtek RTL8188CE WIRELESS LAN 802.11n PCI-E-NIC if that helps

Run device manager and check the WIFI card's settings to see that 802.11n is available. You may have other Toshiba/Realtek tools installed that can also check the settings.

On a working machine, go to the Microsoft Store and install Matt Hafner's free WiFi Analyzer program. Select the Networks icon and then in the lower right corner of the window select "show more".

Find your 2.4ghz network and see if it reports 802.11n. If it reports something else like 802.11ac, then see if you can match up the NIC settings to the broadcast protocol.

If you still can't get it to connect, your best bet is to call T-Mobile support.
