autodiscover failing

We have hybrid Exchange setup with mailboxes migrated to 365. Getting a random issue where Outlook is showing as disconnected. Connectivity test shows Autodiscover failing both to 365 and locally with these error codes

0x800C820E

0XC00CE56D

0X80070057

This does not happen to all users at the same time or even every day. Either rebooting or releasing and renewing IP address immediately resolves the issue.

    Hi@ 80287244,

Are you using ExRCA to test with Autodiscover?

If possible, can you provide a full screenshot of the test results after hiding personal information so that we can better analyze it?

In addition, I noticed that you mentioned that rebooting or releasing and renewing the IP address can resolve this disconnection situation. As far as I know, these are two common ways to fix network issues.

In this case, make sure that the network connection used by the client is working properly under Test Autodiscover Connection.
