My Notebook displayed Bitlocker Recovery key but did not register Email at the first time

Since my notebook was shown BitLocker recovery on my display after I turned on my notebook. Firstly, I tried to retrieve BitLocker key through the guide of Microsoft support. Unfortunately, there is no BitLocker recovery key. However, I am not sure that I registered my email on my laptop or not. And I have no idea how to find out this problem. Could you please help me access the data or find the recovery key for my laptop or let me know who I need to directly contact to.

    without a recovery key the only solution is to clean install the operating system.
