Hi Dan,
You should still be able to open tickets with a free account, it just takes longer.
At least I've done that before.
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
I've apparently done something stupid with my Azure AD setup. I've been working in the free Azure environment to see if it will work for us and am having the following issue:
The default AD directory had an unchangeable identity name of dguisingeroproto.onmicrosoft.com and I didn't want MY work email as part of the identity, thats just stupid. So I created a second directory of oproto.onmicrosoft.com.
The directory appeared in my list. I had to delete my custom domain name to migrate over to the new directory, so I deleted my native AD users that were using that domain and left my Microsoft account as the only account left on the default directory.
I then went to add users and my custom domain to the new replacement directory, and poof, it is gone. It had shown up under Manage Tenants but is no longer there. If I try to register a new tenant, it tells me oproto.onmicrosoft.com is already taken. It is like it got left floating in the Ether not attached to anything.
I've looked at submitting a ticket, though I don't yet have a paid account, and if I go to Subscriptions, I don't have any subscription ID to open a ticket.
How do I get this corrected?
