Spent 1/4 of my 200$ free tier when I was expecting just a few cents, but no information anywhere

Today I started using Azure's blob storage, I'm connecting everything to my API so as I implement the code I test how it works, I did nothing but upload a few files, download those files and delete those files, around 1.5gb total uploaded and downloaded once, based on the information of the pricing window I should have spent a few cents, but somehow I spent $40 of my $200 free tier, I'm very confused as to why I spent so much and would like to see the reason, but all my pricing information in "Cost Analysis" is empty, says 0$ or shows "Nothing to display", same for everywhere else, I assume that it is because I'm on my free tier, but this is useless to me if the charged prince will be so high in comparison with the expected price, I never had this issues in any other storage, I need to see what happened here before moving to somewhere else.

This article give detailed information on Azure spending limit

For detailed information : When you create or use Blob Storage resources, you'll be charged for the following meters:

    User's image

At the end of your billing cycle, the charges for each meter are summed. Your bill or invoice shows a section for all Azure Blob Storage costs. There's a separate line item for each meter.

Data storage and metadata are billed per GB on a monthly basis. For data and metadata stored for less than a month, you can estimate the impact on your monthly bill by calculating the cost of each GB per day. You can use a similar approach to estimating the cost of encryption scopes that are in use for less than a month. The number of days in any given month varies. Therefore, to obtain the best approximation of your costs in a given month, make sure to divide the monthly cost by the number of days that occur in that month.
