Boa tarde,

Estou tentando fazer o login com meu usuário no visual studio e é apresentando a mensagem a seguir:


Estamos com problemas para fazer com que você entre.
  


AADSTS50020: User account 'XXX@XXXX.com.br' from identity provider 'https://sts.windows.net/d7082272-6bd1-49cd-9dd4-eb52d270d28b/' does not exist in tenant 'Empresa XXXXXXX' and cannot access the application '04f0c124-f2bc-4f59-8241-bf6df9866bbd'(Visual Studio) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.

A empresa exibida na mensagem é um cliente antigo, já removi minha conta do diretório dele, mas o problema continua ocorrendo. O que devo fazer?

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A! 

    Please try the following workaround:

    1. Close all instances of Visual Studio
    2. Delete all files of %localappdata%\.Identityservice
    3. Relaunch the Visual Studio and sign in account
