Outlook freezes when clicking on attachment
These are the enabled Add-Ins
Tried creating new profile, in safe mode, repairing and even replacing computer, same issue

In order to verify your issue, please provide some detailed information:- What's the version of your Outlook? (File > Office Account > About Outlook) and Windows?
Please make sure you have upgraded your Outlook and Windows to the latest version. - Is this a problem that has only recently occurred?
- Did the user perform any special action before the problem occurred?
- Does the issue also exist on the web?
