Exclude a application in a Conditional access policy , when all apps are selected ?

Hi Everyone,

I have created a Conditional Access Policy, which is set to all apps and requires MFA

What I am trying to achieve is exempting MFA for MS Teams on Mobile phones, as I have seen issues where a user takes a phone call and is first prompted to Authenticate for MFA.

I have tried adding MS Teams to the excluded apps in the policy, but it appears to still match on "all apps"

Does anyone have a suggestion as to how I can work around this or a better way of achieving the outcome of no MFA for Teams on Android and IOS.
