We use the above process to set the installationId and register.
The HTTP status code is 200, but when I try to retrieve it using installationId after processing, I cannot retrieve the data.
You say that it is processed in the background, but is there a way to check if an error occurs during background processing and it is not registered?

Based on the shared information, I understood that you want to check If there is any way to monitor the installation in notification hubs.
I have checked in the existing documentation didn't find any way to monitor this process. However, you are using the REST API to create or update the installation if that operation got failed then will get any of these HTTP error codes.

200 was returned, but the device was not registered in notification hubs.
This is a confirmation for that purpose.
