Yes, absolutely.
You can add or alter the Alternate Access Mappings and appropriately configure your IIS binding.
Add (or change) the AAM in Central Admin -> System Settings -> Configure alternate access mappings.

You will also need to modify your IIS binding. In IIS Manager, find the IIS site that corresponds to your Web Application. Right click and go to Edit Bindings.
And of course, adjust your DNS A record as appropriate.
