My certificate did not appear on my dashboard Microsoft certification ID: 995674040

I got my print out certificate after i passed my exam, till today it did not reflect on microsoft website

Microsoft certification ID: 995674040 --- that was sent to me on my email <PII removed>, i found out that my profile got different MCID 995702693
