I don't see some properties in the user mailbox of my domain

Hello! I have this problem with the Exchange admin center. I need to configure storage quotas for a mailbox in my domain. If I follow the guide, I should see some properties in the user mailboxes like "Mailbox Usage", but I don't see it and also other properties, here's a prove. Sorry if it's in Italian, but should be anyway more properties than only these five.

You can find the current mailbox usage data under the General tab (the one you have on the screenshot, scroll to the bottom to see the current usage).
