Hello,
There is a client whose emails come through on Outlook. I am trying to connect it through Dext but it does not work as it keep saying message undelivered as the other system rejected it. When I spoke to Dext they said that it was an auto forwarding issue because outlook had changed the way we forward emails. I setup rules on that and it never gave me an error message but now it says that it cannot forward the email. Please can you assist me on this.

What's your expected behavior of this setup and can you share the exact error message after removing sensitive data like domain name or email addresses？

Are you talking about the Outlook client rules or anything else?
