@Sulaiman Ibrahim - Welcome to Microsoft Q&A and thanks for reaching out to us.
There are no ongoing issues that I am aware of in regard to connecting to Azure VM using RDP.
But please try to see if the below steps help to connect to Azure VM using RDP.
- Make sure that the remote computer is turned on, connected to the network, and configured to allow remote connections. To check this, go to the System settings on the remote computer and select Remote settings. Make sure that the Allow remote connections to this computer option is selected.
- Make sure that the Windows Firewall on the remote computer is configured to allow RDP connections. To check this, go to the Windows Defender Firewall settings on the remote computer and select Allow an app or feature through Windows Defender Firewall. Make sure that the Remote Desktop option is selected.
- Try disabling Network Level Authentication (NLA) on the remote computer.
- Try connecting to the remote computer using a different RDP client, such as the Microsoft Remote Desktop app for macOS or iOS.
Also, my suggestion would have been to follow the TSG for this issue as we do have it documented. There are multiple scenarios in the TSG so you might need to follow a different one: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/azure/virtual-machines/credssp-encryption-oracle-remediation.
