Will Azure.DigitalTwins.Core v1.5.0 be released soon?

I'm wondering if the Nuget will be updated anytime soon with V1.5.0. Since at the moment it's 1.4.0 and in the github repository it seems that 1.5.0 will be released quite soon? But I am not sure, I just noticed that the Release log specifies it as an early September release this year (2023) so I'm guessing it's released quite soon?

Can anyone say when it will be released?
