How to fix macros in excel

Recently my simple macros have encountered a problem.

In excel I have a "template sheet" on which I have various designs (e.g. plain blue text box)

I created macros to copy these and paste them into an "ActiveSheet" using "ctr+a letter etc".

Now these have stopped working and when I instigate a macro, it has problem. I select debug and the problem appears to be "ActiveSheet.Paste"!!

I have not changed anything so I am at a loss why this is happening.

Any suggestions would be gratefully received. Thank you

Thank you both for your response.

I am enclosing 3 screenshots - although in REVERSE ORDER.

"Screenshot 001" shows the simple shapes I want to copy and paste into an active sheet, i.e Sheet 2024. You will not the blue shape on the right "Blue Box" which I trigger using Ctr+i.

"Screenshot 002" shows the message I get having selected Ctr+i following which I select "Debug"

"Screenshot 003" describes the problem with the coding.!!

As previously mentioned, this has worked well for the last couple of years and suddenly stated to play-up last week.

I have updated my 365 app and thinking it may be a window's (W11) update problem, I have restored to a previous version but neither makes any difference.

If you require anymore information, please do not hesitate to ask.

Once again, many thanks for picking this up.
