Duplicate blobs getting created in the container using java program

When i try to upload the file using java program and if i pass the same name of folder in the program, it creates a folder with the name already present in the container. example : Test folder is already created in the container. when i upload the file in the same directory (Test), It create a duplicate directory with the same name (Test)
