I'm unable to schedule Exam AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator.

Hello MS Team,

MY AZ-104 certificate has expired and now i want to renew it but as i can check it's more than 6months hence I'm trying to reschedule it. I have used my company email Id which is giving me 50% discount on my purchase but I'm unable to schedule Exam AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator.

I have attached the image which is showing what error I'm getting. Actually it is saying me to contact with the Pearson that i have done already but not getting the exact help i need. Kindly check and help me with high priority.
