How to transfer Microsoft certifications, badges, etc from one company to another

Hi,

I previously worked for DXC Technology and recently took a new role at Avanade. I can no longer can login to Micrsoft Learn via my richard.harnett@dxc.com credentials. How do I go about getting my Learnings, Badges and Certifications move to my new richard.harnett@avanade.com profile?
