Emulator error in Visual studio 2022

Hi Team,
I am trying to run a Xamarin application using Visual Studio 2022 community.
From Android device Manager, I have created an emulator with below configuration -
Processor - X86_64
OS - Android 13.0 - API 33
While running it getting below error -
Device error - Could not get emulator name after starting AVD.
Below are details of machine on which emulator is running -
- Windows 10.
- Installed RAM - 24 GB.
- Hard Disk - 237 GB.
- Processor - Intel (R) Core (TM) i5 1021 OU CPU @ 1.60 GHZ 2.11 GHZ
Can you please let me know what could be the cause of the error?
Another observation - based on above processor, is it possible that it is not having enough speed to process above mentioned emulator as emulator keeps running very slowly for around 10 mns before getting above error (though its home screen never comes).
Please let me know if any more information is needed.

Wanted to update Hyper - V is already enabled. My understanding is, if Hyper - V is enabled, i need not enable HAXM. Please let me know if this understanding is incorrect.
Also, if possible, please let me know what could be the reason due to which emulator is not working? Is there a log which I could see to find more about the error.

This understanding is correct, what is your windows version? Is Windows 10 April 2018 update (build 1803) or later?
Please create a new emulator that Processor - x86-based system image and start it.

This hyper-v acceleration is not working, you can disable the hyper-v acceleration and use HAMX to make a test.

Laptop version - 22H2, Windows 10 Enterprize.
I need to run app in a emulator with OS - Android 13.0 API 33, it is not available for x86 processor, as per my understanding HAMX will work with x86 processor only. Please let me know if this understanding is incorrect.
Also, can you please reply to below points -
- Laptop on which I am running the xamarin app, is remotely accessed by me, the app/emulator runs very slowly for me. If laptop is accessed locally (non remote), the app/emulator runs fast, is there a reason because of which Xamarin app may run slow if laptop containing the app source code is accessed remotely?
- If possible, can you please mention if there is a setting using which I can make the app run fast when laptop is accessed remotely.
Please let me know if any other information is required.

Yes, how do you access the emulator remotely? Using remove desktop connection or another third-party plugin?
can you please mention if there is a setting using which I can make the app run fast when laptop is accessed remotely.
I am afraid that no settings for remote access in the emulator, this issue could be related to the software that provide access remotely.
