Hi

I recently got a new phone and returned my old one before switching my authenticator account into my new phone. is there a way I can get my account back without my old phone? I am not able to log in to my work account without the authentication.

    Sounds like you'll need the work admins to reset the account so a new QR code can be generated with which you can relink the authentication device to your account.
