SSMSのエラーについて

Question

OS：Windows11 Pro(22H2)

SSMSバージョン:19.1.56.0

SSMSにてテーブルを右クリックし「デザイン」や「上位200行の編集」を実行すると以下のエラーが発生します

※「上位1000行の選択」ではエラーは発生しません

SSMSの修復や再インストールは何度も試してみましたが解決しません

何か情報をお持ちの方がおられましたらご教示いただけないでしょうか
