Hello,
Just want a guidance.
We have on premise ADDS server which controls the identity access of our employees within the network, I wanted to migrate to Azure A.D and set aside the on premise ADDS. I have existing subscription of O365 E1 and E3 and impose SSO and AD connect to sync the access credential of on-premise users to Azure AD, and I have an existing account in Azure portal.
is on premise ADDS still necessary if i want to subscribe in Azure AD?
Does Azure AD has the same capabilities of ADDS on premise.

2023-10-04T10:07:39.14+00:00 i have File Server with FSRM rules and manage the identify and access control of our users within company, now i sync it in 0365 via AD sync and activate SSO and MFA.
