Form Recognizer Price on azure portal and Azure Pricing Calculator differs.

Hi,

Looks like some discrepancy in Azure Calculator or I'm missing something. If I choose S0 as instance, Payment option PAYG, and in the Read input, enter 1,000,000. The price it shows as 600.91 From Azure Form Recognizer pricing table, price is 0-1M pages - $1.50 per 1,000 pages. So, it should be $1500. But if I input value as 1000, price shows correctly as $1.5. But if I input 2000, it already starts applying discount, $2.10.

Secondly, when I export the price into excel, the desc shows as follows:

Azure Form Recognizer, Pay as you go, S0: 0 x 1,000 Custom pages, 0 x 1,000 Pre-built pages, 2,000 x 1,000 Read pages, 0 x 1,000 Add-on pages, 0 x 1,000 Query pages

Meaning, it's taking input as if 1000 per pages. So, bit confusing, if 2000 input value is 2000 page or 2,000,000 pages.

@Muhammad Shuja I think there is a problem with the meter id used by pricing calculator for Read document type. It should be $1.50 for every 1000 pages till 1M and $0.6 per 1000 pages above 1M. Since the rest of the meters in the pricing page are using the per 1000 pages calculation, I think the calculator is not correct for Read document type. Please use the pricing page to estimate your costs for Read type until the calculator is fixed. I will report this internally to get clarification and fix the same. Thanks for reporting the same.

For the second part of your question, the export is displaying the number entered multiplied by 1000 pages for all models which is also inconsistent and needs to be fixed for all models. Thanks!!
